Ashley Urban is an American illustrator and purveyor of timeless fashion based in Los Angeles. Her artwork is influenced by a profound love of vintage glamour, fashion, and feminine allure. She's alchemized these passions into a portfolio of self-taught illustration and novelty surface designs.

 

Working in both traditional and digital mediums, her art is versatile and fluid; capturing an essence of femininity, romance, timeless elegance, and luxury.

Her art background includes painting, sculpture, photography, and floral design. Her fashion background resides in luxury vintage watches and women's vintage clothing.

Ashley's art has been featured in galleries and homes across the globe, including the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum in New York City and the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington D.C. In 2006 she won 1st place nationally, receiving the Scholastics Art and Writing Awards "Gold Key" for her sculpture A Social View of Women.

 

She has completed the FIDA Commercial Fashion Illustration course, instructed by some of the world's leading illustrators.
